Post on Twitter using both hashtags #OwnTheGreen and #Sweepstakes on entrant’s own public Twitter account with public direct messaging enabled during the Promotion Period. Posts not including both #OwnTheGreen and #Sweepstakes will not be considered eligible.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. The Winner will be selected from five (5) Finalists. Finalist selection will be conducted by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about September 10, 2018. Winner selection will be conducted by a process of random assignment of a golf ball to each of the five (5) Finalists, and a single PGA Pro golfer will hit each golf ball/Finalist to a floating green. The Finalist assigned to the golf ball landing closest to the pin flag on the floating green will be selected as the Winner. In the case of a tie, the same PGA Pro Golfer will hold a playoff round, chipping the tied balls onto the floating green again. The PGA Pro Golfer will continue to do so with multiple playoff rounds, as necessary, until there is a singular winner.

Any potential Finalist will be notified by direct message on September 10, 2018. If a potential Finalist: (i) cannot be contacted; (ii) does not respond within 12 hours from the time the Sponsor first tries to notify him/her; (iii) refuses the prize; and/or (iv) the Finalist selection notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential Finalist forfeits all rights to win the Promotion or receive the prize, and an alternate potential Finalist may be selected.

Any potential Winner will be notified by direct message on September 10, 2018. If a potential Winner: (i) cannot be contacted; (ii) does not respond within five (5) days from the time the Sponsor first tries to notify him/her; (iii) refuses the prize; and/or (iv) the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential Winner forfeits all rights to win the Promotion or receive the prize, and an alternate potential Winner may be selected. Upon contacting a potential Winner and determining that he/she has met all eligibility requirements of the Promotion, including without limitation the execution of required waivers, publicity and liability releases and disclaimers, and, at Sponsors’ discretion, successful completion of a background check, such individual will be declared the “Winner” of the Promotion.

PRIZE DESCRIPTION. There will be one (1) Winner. Prize is $5,000 awarded in the form of a check or another payment method determined by Sponsors. The approximate retail value of the prize is $5,000.
