open to individuals who are age 18 or older, a legal resident of the fifty United States or District of Columbia, and have a child that is attending or is planning to attend a summer camp program in 2014.
PRIZE DETAILS:
(1) Grand Prize will be awarded on each of the following dates:
Friday, April 18th, 2014
Friday, May 16th, 2014
Friday, June 13th, 2014
All prizes claimed will be awarded. Prize will be in the form of a Prize Check in the amount of one-thousand dollars ($1,000.00) made payable to the summer camp that is listed on the winner’s entry form.
In the event that the winners’ 2014 summer camp program tuition does not total $1,000, the balance of the Prize money will be award in the form of a gift certificate redeemable at www.EverythingS
