ESPN/Taco Bell are giving away a trip to the NBA Finals for tweeting an NBA “winning combination” of players and/or plays using #winningcombination between now and April 30.

 You must be following @ESPNPromotions, @ESPNNBA and/or @ESPN to enter and win.

The Sweepstakes begins on April 3, 2013 at 12:00:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on April 30, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official Sweepstakes clock.
 ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, NBA Properties Inc., NBA Media Ventures, LLC, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, (collectively defined as the “NBA Entities”), Taco Bell Corp., Digitas, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, directors, subsidiaries, franchisees, representatives, advertising, promotion and production agencies, agents (collectively “Sponsor, Administrator, & Others”) and their immediate family members (i.e., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and the “steps” of each) and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and/or regulations and every action taken by an entrant in the Sweepstakes must comply with these laws and regulations. The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and military/diplomatic installations outside the U.S., and where otherwise void, prohibited, or restricted by law. All participants may be required to furnish proof of identification and other proof of eligibility under these Official Rules as requested by Sponsor or Administrator.
 AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. These Official Rules form a binding legal agreement between the entrant and the Sponsor with respect to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
 HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant must log on to his/her Twitter account, become a follower of @ESPN, @ESPNNBA and/or @ESPNpromotions, and compose a new tweet describing a winning combination (“winning combination” means a combination of players and/or plays that impact an NBA team’s chances to win, e.g. “Smith to Jones for a dunk.”), including the hashtag “#winningcombination” (an “Entry”) to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. An entrant must have a non-private Twitter account to enter the Sweepstakes and must be a follower of at least one (1) of the following handles: @ESPN, @ESPNNBA or @ESPNpromotions for at least thirty (30) days after May 3, 2013, for winner notification purposes to be eligible to win/claim the prize as set forth in Section 7. If an entrant does not have a non-private Twitter account, he or she can create one at no cost at www.twitter.com. Please note that an entrant must agree to comply with the Twitter Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in order to create a Twitter account and participate in the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter.

 Limit of up to three (3) Entries per entrant per day. A “day” is defined as starting at 12:00:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET of a calendar day, except for April 3, 2013 when a day starts at 12:00:00 PM ET and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET. Entries may not contain any offensive or vulgar language nor depict any pornographic or illegal act. Any Entries containing such language or any other inappropriate content, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, will be considered ineligible and will not be part of the Sweepstakes. By submitting an Entry, each entrant agrees that his or her Entry complies with these Official Rules. Each entrant also agrees that Sponsor or Administrator may disqualify the entrant from the Sweepstakes if Sponsor or Administrator believes, in their sole and absolute discretion, that an Entry fails to comply with these Official Rules. If Sponsor or Administrator rejects any Entry, such Entry will be disqualified and will not be considered a valid Entry
PRIZE, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) AND ODDS OF WINNING:
 Prize (1): The Winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for two (2) people – the Winner and his or her guest – to a location to be determined to attend a 2013 NBA Finals game (selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) in June 2013 (“Prize”). The Prize includes two (2) tickets to a 2013 NBA Finals game (the game will be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); round-trip coach class air transportation for the Winner and guest from a gateway airport near the Winner’s residence (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to and from a gateway airport close to the Prize destination (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); two (2) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; roundtrip ground transfers between the destination airport and hotel; and $500 awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Winner.
