On or about each business day following the close of an Entry Period, the Promotion Administrator, an independent judging organization, will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for that Entry Period to award one (1) prize per Entry Period, each consisting of a $100 VISA gift card (subject to its terms and conditions) and an item from the TLC store ranging in value from $15 to $50. Total value of each prize will range from $115 to $150 depending on the merchandise item awarded. Determining which merchandise item is given each day will be at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
