During the Promotion Period, go to https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/deals (the “Website”), locate the
link to the Promotion, complete the registration form in its entirety, verify that you have read, understand
and agree to the Official Rules and submit. Once you have submitted your registration, you will be
informed immediately if you have won an “Instant Win Prize” (as defined below), subject to verification
of eligibility and receive one (1) entry into the random drawing for the “Grand Prize” (as defined below).
Instant Win Prizes: Sixty thousand (60,000) Instant Win Prizes are available. Each Instant Win
Prize consists of $25 in Dell Rewards awarded as 2500 points deposited into the winner’s Dell
Rewards Program account.
Option #1: Attend Counter-Strike in Cologne Germany as a guest of Team Liquid. Prize
includes a) round-trip economy class airfare from a major airport near winner’s residence
to Cologne Germany (airports selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor); b) up to three
(3) nights hotel accommodations for two (2) (one room, double occupancy); c) two (2)
VIP badges inclusive of three (3) days access to the Team Liquid suite; d) two (2) VIP
gift kits containing two (2) Official Team Liquid Jerseys, two (2) Official Team Liquid
Hats, and two (2) Official TL Joggers; and d) an Alienware m16 R2 Gaming Laptop,
Model: R2, or comparable laptop valued up to $1,500 retail value. The ARV of Option
#1 is $8,650. Winner and their guest must have a valid U.S. Passport prior to travel
(with at least 6 months of validity from date of departure). Sponsor may require
winner and their guest to provide proof of a valid Passport prior to ticketing. Must
be legally able to travel to Germany and attend IEM Cologne (i.e., no travel
restrictions or visa issues).
Option #2: An Exhibitor Sponsorship at Dell Tech World 2026 in Las Vegas, NV for
winner and up to three (3) guests. Prize includes: a) round-trip economy class airfare
from a major airport near winner’s residence to Las Vegas, NV (airports selected at the
sole discretion of Sponsor); b) up to four (4) nights hotel accommodations (four (4)
rooms); c) an Exhibitor Sponsorship Package including a Pre-event, business logo on sponsors page, a pre-event promotional kit, on-site promotion, mobile app inclusion:
logo, 100-word company description, company URL and booth number, expo and
meeting space, solutions Expo space (10’x10′), three (3) booth staff passes, and one (1)
full conference pass (Exhibitor Sponsorship Package awarded as part of the prize ONLY
if winner is associated with a qualified and relevant business as determined by
representatives of Sponsor – Sponsor will work with any winner who chooses this prize
option to determine relevancy), and d) a Precision Mobile Workstation, Model: 3591, or
comparable laptop valued up to $1,500 retail value. The ARV of Option #2 is $28,250.
Option #3: A $20,000 Dell Shopping Spree Prize will be awarded in the form of 200,000
Dell Rewards points. These points will expire on the 15th day of the 4th month following
the award date. The points can be redeemed over multiple transactions and can be used
on dell.com or directly through an assigned Dell technical advisor. The winner can select
from any qualifying product under the Dell Rewards program terms. A Dell technical
advisor will be available to assist the winner throughout the redemption process. The
ARV of Option #3 is $20,000.
