PRIZE: There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded to winner (“Winner”). Prize will consist of the following: A trip (the “Trip”) to the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”), an opportunity for Winner and his/her Guest to attend a taping (the “Taping”) of CNBC’s “Mad Money” television program (the “Show”) and meet Jim Cramer (“Meet and Greet”), and an opportunity for Winner to appear on-air on the Show (the “On-Air Appearance”). The On-Air Appearance, Taping, and Meet and Greet, will be collectively referred to herein as the “Program Portion.” The Trip will include: Standard hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) for three (3) days, two (2) nights in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area; roundtrip commercial coach airfare for two (2) to one of the three (3) major airports in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area from an airport near the Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); Roundtrip ground transportation between airport and hotel and between hotel and CNBC’s studios. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize is Two Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($2,900).
