PRIZE: One (1) Winner will receive a six (6) days/ five (5) nights trip to the 2010 Star Wars Celebration V event in Orlando, Florida (the “Event”). The Event takes place August 12, 2010 through August 15, 2010. Winner must be able to travel between August 11, 2010 and August 16, 2010 or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected.

The trip includes (i) up to four (4) round-trip, non-refundable coach class airline tickets for Winner and Winner’s designated travel guests (“Travel Companions”) for travel between the U.S. gateway city airport nearest the Winner’s residence to the U.S. gateway city airport nearest Orlando, FL (ii) ground transportation to and from the airport in Orlando, FL and to and from the Star Wars Celebration V Event at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL, up to four (4) VIP tickets to Star Wars Celebration V, at an approximate market value (“AMV”) of three hundred fifty dollars ($350) per ticket, (iii) six (6) days/ five (5) nights hotel accommodations for Winner and Travel Companions in one (1) Star Wars themed suite at the Peabody Hotel in Orlando, FL, at an AMV of one-thousand nine hundred seventy-five dollars ($1,975) per night, (iv) Star Wars themed toys, apparel and household items at an AMV of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) and ten thousand dollars ($10,000) in spending money for the Winner. The total AMV of the prize is forty-three thousand dollars ($43,000).
