During the Sweepstakes Period, there are three (3) ways to
enter as outlined below.
(a) Twitter: Look for Sponsor’s Sweepstakes post on
Twitter.com/RealCapnCrunch (@REALCAPNCRUNCH on Twitter) on or about
October 1, 2021 (exact time of post to be determined by Sponsor at a date
later than the publishing of these Official Rules). Reply to the post with the
hashtags #CapnCrunchCostume #Sweepstakes to receive one (1) entry into
the Sweepstakes (“Entry”). Entrant must be a follower of
@REALCAPNCRUNCH on Twitter and have a public profile on the Twitter
account used to enter in order to be contacted by Sponsor if he/she is
selected as the potential winner. If you do not have a Twitter account, follow
the onscreen instructions to register for a free Twitter account at
http://twitter.com. To become a follower of @REALCAPNCRUNCH on Twitter,
visit Twitter.com/ REALCAPNCRUNCH (the “Web Site”). The Twitter account
used to enter must be your personal account. You may not use a shared or
corporate account to enter.
(b) Instagram: Look for Sponsor’s Sweepstakes post on
Instagram.com/RealCapnCrunch (@REALCAPNCRUNCH on Instagram) on or
about October 1, 2021 (exact time of post to be determined by Sponsor at a
date later than the publishing of these Official Rules). Provide a comment on
the post with the hashtag #CapnCrunchCostume #Sweepstakes to receive
one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (also, an “Entry”). Entrant must be a
follower of @REALCAPNCRUNCH on Instagram and have a public profile on
the Instagram account used to enter in order to be contacted by Sponsor if
he/she is selected as the potential winner. An Instagram account can be
created for free by visiting http://instagram.com and following the
appropriate link to download the free Instagram application. To follow
@REALCAPNCRUNCH on Instagram, visit Instagram.com/REALCAPNCRUNCH
(also the “Web Site”) and click on the “Follow” button. The Instagram
account used to enter must be your personal account. You may not use a

Facebook.com/CapnCrunch on or about October 1, 2021 (exact time of post
to be determined by Sponsor at a date later than the publishing of these
Official Rules). Provide a comment on the post with the hashtags
#CapnCrunchCostume #Sweepstakes to receive one (1) entry into the
Sweepstakes (also an “Entry”). Entrant must be a follower of the
CAPNCRUNCH Facebook account and have a public profile on the Facebook
account used to enter in order to be contacted by Sponsor if he/she is
selected as the potential winner. If you do not have a Facebook account,
follow the onscreen instructions to register for a free Facebook account at

Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about October 4, 2021
A total of forty five (45) prizes will be awarded, each
consisting of one (1) CAP’N CRUNCH® costume and two (2) CAP’N CRUNCH
11.7 oz. Cereal Boxes. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: USD
$70.
Total ARV of all prizes USD $2,800.
