Prize Winner will receive a five (5) day/ four (4) night trip to Costa Rica for two (2) people, at an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $4,914.00. Prize includes the following:
(a) round trip coach class airfare from the major United States airport nearest the Prize Winner’s residence to San Jose, Costa Rica airport;
(b) round trip transfers between the airport of arrival and the hotel;
(c) one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room accommodation for two (2) people for four (4) nights;
(d) dining certificates for restaurants;
(e) and tours specified. Tours: Arenal Volcano National Park, The Las Lagunas Springs, Cano Negro Boat Tour, Arenal Hanging Bridges, Los Angeles Cloud Forest Biological Reserve and Cloud Forest Hike.

All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, AZ Trails Travel, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice and trip must be booked a minimum of forty-five (45) days in advance. Promotional Entities reserve the right to approve any
travel dates and trip must be taken by May 24, 2015 or such prize will be forfeited.
