Prize:

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded a Grand Prize consisting of a trip for the Grand Prize winner and a guest (the “Trip”) to Los Angeles, CA to attend Bravo’s A-List Awards show taping (the “Taping”), which is tentatively scheduled for April 5, 2009.

The Trip includes:
1) round trip coach class domestic air transportation forGrand Prize winner and guest from a major airport closest to Grand Prize winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to one (1) of the major gateway airports nearest Los Angeles, CA (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);

2) 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodations in a Los Angeles metropolitan area hotel (single room, double occupancy), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; and

3) two (2) tickets to attend the Taping. Sponsor has the right in its sole discretion to substitute ground transportation for air transportation depending on Grand Prize winner’s place of residence.

Approximate total retail value (“ARV”) of Trip is two thousand five hundred dollars($2,500).
