9.Prize (2): A trip for winner and winner’s guest to the Hawaiian Islands. Prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s home), double-occupancy hotel accommodations for five (5) consecutive nights and a $1,350.00 pre-loaded debit card. Debit card is subject to terms and conditions as stated on the debit card. Travel expected to occur September 8, 2011 – September 13, 2011. Exact travel dates to be determined by sponsor, in sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary, comply with all security requirements and travel on the dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Any costs incurred due to changes to the original itinerary are solely the winner’s responsibility. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and change. If winner cannot accept prize as specified, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Transportation, meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are winner’s responsibility. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $7,188.00 each. Total ARV of all prizes: $14,376.00.
