Amazon.com German Gaming Getaway Sweepstakes
Grand Prize [total approximate retail value (“ARV”) $4,660.00]: One Grand Prize winner will receive the Grand Prize which consists of a trip for 2 to Frankfurt, Germany to visit the Crytek studios (the “Trip”), and one copy of the video game “Crysis 3” (for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, or Windows Vista / XP, at winner’s election), signed by the Crytek team. The Trip consists of:
• Round trip economy class airfare for the winner and 1 guest departing from a major airport near the winner’s residence (within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia) and arriving at a major international airport in the Frankfurt, Germany area (the “Airport”);
• 4 nights standard hotel accommodations for the winner and his/her guest (single room, double occupancy) at a downtown Frankfurt area hotel to be determined by Sponsor or EA (the “Hotel”);
• Roundtrip ground transportation for the winner and his/her guest from the Airport to the Hotel;
• A tour of Crytek studios for the winner and his/her guest, including the opportunity to meet the “Crysis 3” development team;
• Roundtrip ground transportation for the winner and his/her guest from the Hotel to Crytek studios; and
• USD $1,000.00 cash spending money to the winner.
Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must travel on the same itinerary. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must have and are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary identification and/or travel documents required for travel, including, but not limited to, a valid U.S. driver’s license and government issued passport and visa (if applicable). Prizes will be fulfilled by Sponsor, EA, or their respective prize provider agencies. If you are selected as a potential winner, Sponsor, EA, or their respective prize provider agencies will use the information you submit in connection with this Sweepstakes to fulfill the prize. Travel dates for the Grand Prize Trip are currently anticipated to be sometime between April 1, 2013 and June 30, 2013, and are at Sponsor and EA’s sole discretion. If the potential Grand Prize winner is unable to participate in the Grand Prize Trip during the dates specified by Sponsor or EA, Sponsor may select an alternative potential winner for the Grand Prize. In the event the Grand Prize cannot be awarded to an alternate potential winner due to the timing of the Grand Prize Trip and the timing of when the alternate potential winner is determined, the alternate potential winner will be awarded the cash equivalent or the amount in Amazon.com Gift Cards of the Grand Prize ARV, in our sole discretion, as full satisfaction of the Grand Prize. In the event the Crytek studios tour is unavailable to take place for any reason, the Grand Prize winner (or alternate winner if one is selected) will be awarded the cash equivalent or the amount in Amazon.com Gift Cards of the Grand Prize ARV, in our sole discretion, as full satisfaction of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize awarded under these Official Rules shall not exceed a total ARV of $4,660.00. The winner must have or will need to create an Amazon.com account in order to redeem an Amazon.com Gift Card (“GC”). The GC may only be used for purchases of eligible goods on Amazon.com or certain of its affiliated websites.
First Prize (ARV $60.00 each, $120.00 total): • Two First Prize winners each will receive one copy of the video game “Crysis 3” (for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, or Windows Vista / XP, at winner’s election), signed by the Crytek team.
The total ARV of all prizes is $4,780.00.
