Grand Prize winner will receive a trip to The Biggest Loser Resort – Fitness Ridge in Ivins, UT for winner and one (1) guest. Prize includes: (i) round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence on dates determined by Sponsor; (ii) eight (8) day, seven (7) night hotel accommodations (standard room, double-occupancy) including meals; (iii) ground transportation to/from airport and resort; (iv) one (1) complimentary spa service for winner and guest; (v) one (1) hour personal training session with Bob Harper from The Biggest Loser® for winner and guest; and (vi) $1,000 spending money. Date and location of training session will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and is subject to availability. Location of training session may take place in Los Angeles, CA which may extend the travel time of the Grand Prize. Travel, hotel accommodations and/or transportation to and from training session will be provided by Sponsor as required. (Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $8,500.00) In the event Bob Harper is unable to fulfill the training session, Sponsor reserves the right to provide a comparable trainer who will be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If winner resides within 200 miles of Ivins, UT, ground transportation will be provided instead of air. Actual value of trip varies based upon point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of Grand prize will not be awarded. Any costs/expenses not expressly stated herein, including but not limited to, food, beverages, gratuities, and additional transportation are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest. Guest of Grand Prize winner must be of age of majority in the state in which he/she resides. Trip must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor within one (1) year of winner verification or prize will be forfeited in its entirety unless otherwise determined by Sponsor. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Guest accompanying winner must sign and return a release of liability/publicity prior to ticketing of prize. Sponsor may request medical confirmation of winner’s and guests’ physical capacity to participate in the training sessions, however, winner and guest accept all risks associated with their participation in Grand Prize and any portion thereof. Sponsor is not responsible for weather conditions, cancellations, delays, postponements, injury or winner’s or guest’s inability to participate in any portion of the prize due to physical or other restrictions. ■FIRST PRIZES (50): Fifty (50) First Prize winners will each receive $100 worth of Snackdown Cash to spend on the prize award site. (ARV of each First Prize: $100.00) (ARV of all First Prizes: $5,000.00). Odds of winning 1:260,928.
■SECOND PRIZES (100): One hundred (100) Second Prize winners will each receive $50 worth of Snackdown Cash to spend on the prize award site. (ARV of each Second Prize: $50.00) (ARV of all Second Prizes: $5,000.00). Odds of winning 1:130,464.
■THIRD PRIZES (1,000): One thousand (1,000) Third Prize winners will each receive $10 worth of Snackdown Cash to spend on the prize award site. (ARV of each Third Prize: $10.00) (ARV of all Third Prizes: $10,000.00). Odds of winning 1:13,046.
■FOURTH PRIZES (10,000): Ten thousand (10,000) Fourth Prize winners will each receive $5 worth of Snackdown Cash to spend on the prize award site . (ARV of each Fourth Prize: $5.00) (ARV of all Fourth Prizes: $50,000.00). Odds of winning 1:1,305.
GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS:
Grand Prize will be awarded at the end of the Game following winner validation. After receiving the winner notification email, the potential Grand Prize winner will be contacted by Sponsor’s fulfillment agent within approximately 2- 4 weeks at the phone number and/or mailing address submitted on the online registration form. If, after two (2) attempts, contact has not been made, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected in the Limited Second Chance Drawing. Snackdown Cash prizewinners will be notified by e-mail at the address entered on the online registration form. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited. No cash alternative or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value. Prizes will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, with respect to any prize or any part thereof. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of each prizewinner. Limit two (2) Snackdown Cash prizes per person (includes First, Second, Third and Fourth Prizes). All participants are eligible to win the Grand Prize regardless of any Snackdown Cash prizes won. Unawarded or Unclaimed First, Second, Third or Fourth Prizes will not be awarded.
