One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) five-day/four-night trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to the 2013 NCAA® Final Four® in Atlanta, Georgia (currently anticipated to take place April 6 – 8, 2013), at an approximate retail value of (“ARV”) of Three Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($3,700). The trip will include the following:
(a) round-trip coach-class airline tickets from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest. If Grand Prize Winner resides in Atlanta, Georgia, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value;
(b) one (1) room, double occupancy, standard hotel accommodations (at a hotel determined by Sponsors) for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest for four (4) nights;
(c) two (2) tickets to the Semi Final Games;
(d) two (2) tickets to Championship Game; and
(e) round-trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest between the airport and hotel, and between the hotel and Final Four venue.
All trip/travel arrangements are determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Trip must be completed by April 9, 2013. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly provided for above, including, but not limited to, additional ground transportation, meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, souvenirs, hotel charges, taxes, fees and other personal expenses incurred during the trip. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary (on dates specified by Sponsors, which may be subject to change) and are solely responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. All travel arrangements are subject to availability, blackout dates and other restrictions. The actual value of the Grand Prize will depend on point of departure and dates of travel. All tickets are subject to terms and conditions of their issuers. Travel must be made through Sponsors’ agent, on a carrier of Sponsors’ choice, in seat locations determined by Sponsors. If any portion of the Grand Prize is canceled or postponed for any reason, Sponsors will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof, the remainder of the Grand Prize will be awarded and Sponsors will have no further obligation to Grand Prize Winner.
One (1) First Runner-Up will receive one (1) Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250) NCAA.com Store card, at an ARV of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250).
One (1) Second Runner-Up will receive one (1) One Hundred Dollars ($100) NCAA.com Store gift card, at an ARV of One Hundred Dollars ($100).
Three (3) Third Runner-Ups will each receive one (1) Fifty Dollars ($50) NCAA.com Store gift card. Total ARV of Third Runner-Up Prizes is: One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150).
TOTAL ARV OR ALLL PRIZES (6 PRIZES): Four Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($4,200).
