Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV’s”):
Grand Prize (1 – awarded to the small business listed on winning entry) – will consist of only the selected Sponsor provided items added to the winning Entrant’s Wish List and a $2,500 Staples gift card. In the event the Grand Prize winner has included any #IWantThis items to his/her Wish List, he/she will also receive one (1) $100 Staples gift card. Maximum ARV of Grand Prize: $5,174.40.
First Prizes (20 – awarded to the small business listed on winning entry): Each First Prize will consist of only the selected Sponsor provided items added on the winning Entrant’s Wish List. In the event the First Prize winners have included any #IWantThis items to their Wish List, they will also receive one (1) $100 Staples gift card. Maximum ARV of each First Prize: $2,672.
Voter Sweepstakes Prize (1) – $250 Staples Gift Card. ARV of Voter Sweepstakes Prize: $250.00.
Eligibility for Wish List Sweepstakes: 18 years of age and older as of date of entry and who are employed at or own a small business For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a small business is defined as: a for-profit or not-for-profit privately owned corporation, partnership, LLC or sole proprietorship; having less than 50 employees; and must not be a franchise. Certain types of businesses are ineligible.
Entry for Wish List Sweepstakes:

Once logged in to the Dashboard, where indicated, you may add Sponsor provided items included in the Dashboard to your wish list (“Wish List”) by clicking the ‘Add Item’ button and/or by tweeting on Twitter via the ‘Tweet’ button. For each item you add to your Wish List via the ‘Add Item’ button, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. For each item you add to your Wish List via the ‘Tweet’ button, you will receive two (2) entries into the Sweepstakes. If you ‘Tweet’ the item without first adding to your Wish List, it will automatically add it to your Wish List via Twitter, so you will earn three (3) entries into the Sweepstakes with that one action. Limit three (3) entries per product. If you would like to add items to your Wish List via Twitter, you must allow access to Twitter prior to doing so. You may add each Sponsor provided item to your Wish List via the ‘Add Item’ button and/or the ‘Tweet’ button; however each Sponsor provided item will only appear in your Wish List once.
Eligibility for Voter Sweepstakes: Voters must be legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.
How to Enter the Voter Sweepstakes Portion: Eligible Wish Lists will be posted to the Gallery on http://www.staples.com/sbd/cre/mo…weepstakes(“Gallery Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period for support by the general public. Once posted, Sponsor reserves the right to remove any Wish List, in their sole discretion if they find the Wish List violates these Official Rules in any manner. To participate in the Voter Sweepstakes, visitors (“Voter entrant”) may visit the Gallery Website and complete all required fields of the onscreen registration form to access the Gallery. To access the Gallery on subsequent visits, enter the email address and password submitted at time of Voter Sweepstakes registration. Limit one (1) Voter Sweepstakes registration per person/email address. You will then have the opportunity to visit the Gallery and select to support (where indicated) your favorite Wish List from the Gallery (“Vote”) to receive one (1) entry into the Voter Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per Voter entrant per day.
