Smucker’s Uncrustables Unstoppables Hopes and Dreams Family Photo Promotion

Complete the Promotion Entry Form, including name, street address, city, state and ZIP code, upload a photo of your family showing your hopes and dreams and write a caption of 100 characters or less explaining your family’s hopes and dreams.

Entry must meet the Entry Requirements listed below, but will not be judged. The Photo and Caption are required the first time you enter the Promotion.

One Grand Prize winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries received for the Promotion Period on or about October 2, 2013.

20 Weekly Prize winners will be selected for each week of the Promotion Period in a random drawing on the Monday following each week of the Promotion Period from all eligible entries received by the entry deadline for the prior week. Non-winning entries will not be carried over into subsequent weekly drawings.

ONE GRAND PRIZE: A 4-day/3-night trip for winner and up to 3 guests to an U.S. Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid, NY. Grand Prize includes:
– round-trip coach air transportation between a U.S. gateway airport in the 50 United States near the winner’s residence (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and Lake Placid, NY,
– hotel accommodations (2 room/2 occupancy),
– exclusive access to and tours of the U.S. Olympic Training Center,
– a Meet and Greet with Olympic Gold Medalist, Kristi Yamaguchi (subject to availability), and
– meals, awarded as a $1,000 Gift Card.

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $8,400. Winner must book trip through Sponsor by December 31, 2013 or trip will be forfeited. Trip must be taken in January, 2014. If winner resides within 100 miles of Lake Placid, NY, he/she will receive the use of a rental car (if eligible) in lieu of air travel (no cash difference will be awarded).

160 Weekly Prizes (20 per week): Each Weekly Prize winner will receive an Uncrustables prize pack consisting of one Uncrustables lunch sack, one Uncrustables sandwich holder and one coupon for a 4-pack box of Uncrustables sandwiches. ARV of each Uncrustables prize pack: $23.50.
