Coupon awarded is at Sponsor’s sole discretion, except that candy coupons will be awarded to residents of CA, CO, LA, NV, TN, and other states whose dairy discounting regulations restrict or prohibit awarding of an ice cream product coupon.
The approximate
odds of winning of an instant win prize are indicated above. The actual
odds of winning an instant win prize depend on the total number of eligible game plays and submission time of your Game Play. A potential instant winner will be the first person to play the Game on or after the randomly selected time. Prizes will be awarded in the order in which they become available in accordance with the Game technology. Potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions specified by the issuer of prize. See General Information section for more prize details.
Grand Prize Drawing Prize/Odds : Two (2) GRAND PRIZE Winners
will receive a trip for winner and up to 3 guests to Los Angeles, CA to attend the “Dirty Dancing® 25th Anniversary Screening” Event (“Event”) on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 (“Package”). Package includes: (i) round-trip coach air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) guests from a major airport near the Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Los Angeles, CA (if a Grand Prize Winner and their guests reside within 250 miles of Los Angeles, CA, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air travel and no cash difference will be awarded); (ii) two nights hotel accommodations (two standard rooms, double occupancy; hotel to be selected by Sponsor); (iii) ground transportation to/from Los Angeles airport and hotel and to/from hotel and Event; (iv) $500 awarded as a check; (v) four (4) tickets to the Dirty Dancing® 25th Anniversary Screening Event at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre on 8/21/12 that includes a screening of Dirty Dancing®, and the opportunity for a supervised meet and greet with a special guest for Winner and guests (which will take place either before or after Event) [subject to special guest’s availability and professional commitments]. Due to scheduling conflicts, special guest may not be available to attend event and their appearance cannot be guaranteed. Grand Prize winner and guests must conduct themselves at all times in an appropriate manner. In the event that the Grand Prize winner and/or his or her guests engage in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Event experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Grand Prize winner and/or his or her guests home with no further compensation. Other restrictions may apply to meet and greet. ARV up to $11,900.
Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination as well as how many guests will accompany Winner. Guests must be 21 years or older. Trip must be taken 8/20/12 – 8/22/12.
Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value of prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any event postponements or cancellations associated with the trip or any portion thereof, and no refund or compensation will be made in the event of any cancellation, delay or postponement. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these rules, and those set forth by airline carrier as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary; travel must take place on the dates specified .
Travel companions must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If Winner is unable to travel for any reason on dates specified by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, prize may be awarded to a randomly selected alternate potential Winner (time permitting), see Grand Prize Drawing Winner Selection below .
Expenses not specifically stated in these Official Rules, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any picture identification requirements associated with travel are the Winner and guest’s responsibility. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for flight delays or inability of Winner or guest to take Package or related benefits in accordance with applicable rules and restrictions, and/or any other difficulties occurring during or in connection with Package or related activities. Attendance at Event has no cash value and if Event is cancelled for any reason, Sponsor’s liability will be limited to awarding the remaining aspects of the Grand Prize. Total ARV of all Prizes: up to $104,840.
