The Prize consists of and is limited to only the following: (A) round trip coach airfare for
Winner and up to three (3) guests (guest restrictions set forth below) from the major
airport closest to Winner’s residence (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as
determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to an airport in or around the location of one
of the following participating Six Flags theme parks of winner’s choice: Six Flags Great 3
Adventure (Jackson, NJ), Six Flags New England (Agawam, MA), Six Flags Over Texas
(Arlington, TX), Six Flags Over Georgia (Austell, GA), or Six Flags St. Louis (Eureka,
MO) (each, a “Park”) (airport, carrier, seating and travel dates and times as determined
by Sponsor in its sole discretion); Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground
transportation if Winner resides within 150 miles of the selected Park ; (B) hotel
accommodation in a single room with quad occupancy for two (2) nights at a hotel within
proximity to the Park as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (C) one (1) single
day parking pass to the Park; (D) four (4) single day admission tickets to the Park; (E)
one THE FLASH Pass for four (4); (F) four (4) single-meal vouchers; (G) $500 in
spending money; (H) pursuant to (ii) below, if trip takes place on a Concert Date,
admission for four (4) (guest restrictions set forth below) to the applicable MIKE AND
IKE® Summer Concert; and (I) pursuant to (ii) below, if trip takes place on a Concert
Date, concert talent meet and greet passes for four (4). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is four thousand two hundred sixty dollars ($4,260.00)
