The Prize Award consists of and is limited to only the
following “Prizes”: (A) one (1) single day admission ticket to the selected Participating Park (“Selected
Park”) for Winner and up to three (3) guests (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $320.00); (B) one (1)
single day parking pass to the Selected Park (ARV $25.00), (C) one (1) family meal deal voucher (ARV
$45.00); (D) one (1) souvenir sports bottle for Winner and up to three (3) guests (ARV: $60.00); (E) one
(1) voucher for Cold Stone ice cream at Selected Park for Winner and up to three (3) guests (ARV $30.00);
(F) one (1) THE FLASH Pass for four (4) guests (ARV $200.00); and (G) one (1) Cold Stone Creamery®
gift card for complimentary ice cream valid for one (1) year at participating Cold Stone locations (not valid
at Cold Stone Creamery® locations within Participating Parks) (ARV $260.00). (The value of the
Cold Stone Creamery® gift card is based on a total spend of $5 per week x 52 weeks.)
b. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute portions of the Prize Award with items of equal or greater
value in the event of unavailability or other factors as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The total
ARV of the Prize Award is Nine Hundred Forty Dollars ($940.00).
