PRIZES:
A total of ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE will be awarded. The Grand Prize Winner will receive $3,000 in one of two ways: a donation in their name to a charity of their choice OR as a gift card. They will also receive a Yeti Hopper 20 cooler, valued at $300. The charity must be an accredited 501c3 charity. Sponsors are not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the Grand Prizes. All taxes/fees and expenses are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Except where otherwise expressly noted in these Official Rules, the selection of all vendors, prizes, products and services is subject to the Contest Provider’s sole and absolute discretion. Prize (and/or any portion thereof) is nontransferable and non-exchangeable. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes described above at sponsors’ discretion for a prize of equal or greater value. Additional restrictions may apply. Any and all expenses not expressly listed here are responsibility of the winner of the applicable Prize (“Potential Prize Winner”). All taxes (including without limitation federal, state and local taxes) in connection with the Prize, and the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner(s). Prize Winner(s) may be sent a tax form 1099 in the event the average retail value requires Contest Provider to submit such form.
