Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize winner will receive $10,000.00 (awarded in the form of a wire transfer or check, payable to winner) and the opportunity to have a home makeover consultation with a professional designer selected by Scripps Networks, LLC dba HGTV (“HGTV”) and the Sponsors of the sweepstakes. The in-home consultation will not exceed four hours, and must be completed no later than June 29, 2012. Actual consultant provided shall be subject to availability and will be determined by HGTV and the Sponsors. Winner may use prize to create a makeover for one or more rooms in winner’s home. Consultant will talk to the winner about his/her personal style and tastes as well as the functionality of room(s). Based on preferred style and function, the consultant will present makeover option(s). Actual makeover design and execution is at the sole discretion, and responsibility of the winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000.00.

 Entry Period Prizes (100 total, 10 per Entry Period): Each Entry Period Prize winner will receive one (1) prize pack consisting of SC Johnson and Kimberly-Clark products consisting of home cleaning products. ARV: $50.00 each.  Total ARV of all prizes: $15,000.00.
