PRIZE DETAILS and CONDITIONS: Two (2) winners will each receive two (2) domestic roundtrip airline tickets on JetBlue, Hotel accommodations for two (2) nights in New York City (specific property subject to change at the sole discretion of the Sponsor), dinner for two (2) (specific properties subject to change at the sole discretion of the Sponsor), two (2) tickets to a Broadway show, a $500 American Express Gift Card, a “Departure Dinner” for two (2) at one of the five award-winning restaurants in JetBlue’s Terminal 5 and 10,000 TrueBlue points. The prize winners and guests must travel from the nearest major airport served by JetBlue which offers service to major airports within the New York/New Jersey area. If winner lives within 175 miles of New York City winner may use the two (2) round trip tickets to any major airport served by JetBlue. Final determination of winner’s residency and eligibility to the two (2) round trip tickets to any major airport served by JetBlue is at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Prize packages will be shipped to the winners as gift vouchers and certificates so that winners can schedule their trip. Blackout dates and other restrictions will apply. Travel, lodging and dining on specific dates is subject to availability and must be completed by July 26, 2011 and must be booked in accordance with the terms of the vouchers and certificates. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is ($3,613).
