Nickelodeon’s Choose Your Own Ending Sweepstakes

GRAND PRIZE (1)One (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) is available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of a trip package for the Grand Prize winner (the “GP Winner”) and up to three (3) guests (one of whom must be GP Winner’s Parent if GP Winner is a Minor) (each, a “Guest”) to one (1) of three (3) destinations as determined by GP Winner at time of notification by Administrator (each a “Trip Package”, individually, “Trip Package #1”, “Trip Package #2” and “Trip Package #3”, collectively, the “Trip Packages”). If GP Winner elects to bring a friend as a Guest and such friend is a minor in his/her state of residence, the remaining Guest must be the parent or legal guardian of such minor Guest. The Trip Packages shall consist of the following components: Trip Package #1 is a trip to Hollywood, CA and shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare for GP Winner and up to three (3) Guests from the airport nearest the GP Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Los Angeles, CA; (ii) four (4) days/three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations of Sponsor’s choice (one [1] room, quad occupancy, room and tax only), (iii) round trip ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; (iv) Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) in spending money for GP Winner only (in form of a check); and, (v) four (4) two (2) day passes to Universal Studios Hollywood theme park. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Trip Package #1 is $4,180.00. Trip Package #2 is a trip to the Mall of America in Bloomington, MN and shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare for GP Winner and up to three (3) Guests from the airport nearest the GP Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Bloomington, MN; (ii) four (4) days/three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations of Sponsor’s choice (one [1] room, quad occupancy, room and tax only), (iii) round trip ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; (iv) Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) in spending money for GP Winner only (in form of a check); and, (v) four (4) passes to Nick Universe at Mall of America, including the Flying Dutchman’s Deck Ghostly Gangplank & Anchor Drop and Moose Mountain Adventure Golf. Total ARV of Trip Package #2 is $3,900.00. Trip Package #3 is a trip to Orlando, FL and shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare for GP Winner and up to three (3) Guests from the airport nearest the GP Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Orlando, FL; (ii) four (4) days/three (3) nights stay at the Nickelodeon Suites Resort (or similar standard hotel accommodations of Sponsor’s choice) (one [1] room, quad occupancy, room and tax only), (iii) round trip ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; (iv) Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) in spending money for GP Winner only (in form of a check); and, (v) four (4) two (2) day passes to Universal Orlando theme park. Total ARV of Trip Package #3 is $4,480.00. ARV of the Trip Packages may vary depending on point of departure, travel dates and fare/rate fluctuations.
