Limit nine (9) Entries per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
PRIZE: There will be nine (9) prizes awarded (collectively, “Prizes”, each a “Prize”) to the Winners; one (1) Prize will be awarded to each Winner. Each Prize will consist of a trip for Winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guests”, each a “Guest”) to Las Vegas, NV (“Trip”). Each Trip will include the following: (a) roundtrip air transportation for Winner and Guests from a major airport located within the United States near Winner’s place of residence (as selected in Sponsors’ sole discretion) to a major airport located in Las Vegas, NV; (b) two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations for Winner and Guests in one (1) Pyramid Two Queen room at Luxor Hotel and Casino, located at 3900 S. Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89119 (as selected in Sponsors’ and/or Prize Provider’s sole discretion) (“Luxor Hotel”); (c) roundtrip transfers for Winner and Guests in Las Vegas, NV between the airport and Luxor Hotel; (d) five hundred dollars ($500) spending money; and (e) four (4) tickets for Winner and Guests to attend the America’s Got Talent Las Vegas Live show, scheduled to take place on various dates and at various times between March 4, 2023 and October 31, 2023 at the Luxor Theater, located at Luxor Hotel (“Event”).
Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Prize is four thousand seven hundred eighty-five dollars ($4,785). ERV of all Prizes is forty-three thousand sixty-five dollars ($43,065).
