Prize: The prize awarded to the Prize Winner will be a Le Creuset-themed weekend experience at the Auberge du Soleil Resort in Napa Valley California to be held on a weekend determined by Sponsor in August of 2014. Each entrant in the promotion enters understanding that the exact date of the prize may not be set at the time of entry or when the potential Prize Winner is selected. The Prize Winner must use the prize on the exact weekend dates in August 2014 determined by Sponsor or else forfeit the prize. The prize has an approximate retail value of $4,950.00 (but in no event will the aggregate value of the prize package awarded exceed $4,999.00).

The prize package for two (2) adults over the age of twenty-one (21) includes:
(i) a voucher to defray the cost of the Prize Winner’s travel expenses to the resort;
(ii) hotel accommodations for two (one single room, double occupancy) for a two-night weekend stay (arrive Friday and depart Sunday) at the Auberge du Soleil Resort in Napa Valley;
(iii) a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival, with a fully stocked refrigerator with snacks & beverages in the guest room;
(iv) an exclusive Le Creuset/Auberge du Soleil cookware set, including a 3.5 qt oval oven, a 3.5 qt saucier, a mini cocotte set, an engraved Le Creuset wine tool, and an Auberge du Soleil hand towel ($475 value);
(v) a welcome event where you will meet Auberge du Soleil’s Executive Chef, Robert Curry, and sample some of his signature dishes;
(vi) lunch with Master Sommelier Andrea Robinson at her home, where you will discuss the key principles of pairing wine with food; and a
(vii) farewell brunch at Quintessa Vineyards, where you will receive a behind-the-scenes look at one of Napa Valley’s finest vineyards.
