Grand Prize Award (Maximum 1 winner): The eligible contestant determined as the grand prize winner shall receive a Lagunitas Dog Days of Summer Adventure with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) not to exceed $8,500, and shall include:
· $7,500 cash awarded in the form of a prize check made payable to the winner in the amount of $7,500 toward the winner’s choice of adventure with their dog; and,
· One (1) Lagunitas Dog Days of Summer Dog Lovers merchandise bundle to include various Lagunitas branded items such as a cooler, dog life jacket, dog travel accessories and toys. Items included shall be solely determined and designated by Sponsor, subject to availability.
Sponsor shall also make a one-time $500 donation to a Sponsor designated charitable organization in the winner’s dog’s name. Charitable organization shall represent animal welfare and shall be solely determined and designated by Sponsor.
