GRAND PRIZE (1 winner): The Grand Prize consists of a 4-day/3-night trip for the winner and (1) guest to Las Vegas, Nevada. Trip includes two (2) round trip coach-class tickets from the major U.S. gateway city airport closest to winner’s residence to Las Vegas, Nevada, a three (3) night stay in one (1) standard hotel room (double occupancy), $500 spending money, roundtrip ground transportation to/from airport/hotel, a $500 Kenneth Cole Gift Card and Kenneth Cole Reaction 3.4 oz Eau de Toilette Spray. In the event the Grand Prize winner’s residence is in or near Las Vegas (i.e., within approximately 150 miles of Las Vegas, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), the prize will not include air transportation from Grand Prize winner’s residence and no substitution or compensation will be provided in lieu thereof. Ground transportation to and from the winner’s residence will not be provided as part of the overall travel package. Actual value of the trip will vary based on destination and point of departure. All gratuities, additional transfers, taxes (including government taxes, Passenger Facility Charge or 9/11 Security Fee), incidental expenses, licenses, registrations, telephone calls, fees or charges, travel insurance premiums, transportation and other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner and his or her travel companion. Trip and travel insurance is not included. The winner’s travel companion must be 18 years of age or older, or if the companion is a minor, the winner must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian, and such companion (or such minor companion’s parent or legal guardian) must sign and return a liability and publicity release prior to ticketing of prize. Winner and his or her travel companion must travel on the same itinerary (as set by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and possess all required travel documents and identification. Winner must comply with all hotel check-in requirements, including but not limited to the presentation of a major credit card. Travel and hotel arrangements must be made through Sponsor, and the choice of an air carrier and hotel will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Grand Prize trip must be taken prior to December 31, 2008 or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from among all remaining eligible entries received. Certain restrictions may apply. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel route in its sole discretion. Changes not permitted after ticket issue. Air tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,000.00.

SECOND PRIZE (50 winners): Kenneth Cole Reaction 3.4 oz Eau de Toilette Spray. The ARV for the Second Prize is $60.00 each.
