Prize and its Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) of the following prize packages of his/her choice: Prize Package #1: A 5 day/4 night trip for two (2) to New York City, NY to visit Dan Barber’s Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture and a tour of the grounds; a meal at the Blue Hill at Stone Barnes (‘Event”); a Travel/Home Entertainment Tech Package consisting of Apple MacBook Laptop, Intel Core™2 Duo processor, a Nikon D5000 12.3 MP DX Digital SLR Camera, a 30” Apple Cinema HD Display flat screen monitor and a 52” flat screen LCD TV (collectively, the “Entertainment/Tech Package”). Prize Package #2: A 4 day/3 night trip for two (2) to Dallas, TX for a private tour of the Dallas Cowboys new stadium, two (2) VIP game day tickets, two (2) luxury sky box and game-day corral passes (“Event”) and the Entertainment/Tech Package. The session with the Consultant is up to 3 hours only. The session with the Consultant must be arranged and completed within ninety (90) days of winner verification. Services provided by the Consultant are subject to his/her terms and conditions. Once the Sponsor arranges the session with the Consultant, the Sponsor will not be held responsible for any cancellation or postponement thereafter and the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner. If a Consultant is not available near winner’s primary residence, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. If winner chooses not to utilize the Consultant services, said portion of the prize will be forfeited without further compensation and will not be substituted or awarded. Winner may be required to execute an agreement that will permit the Consultant to visit the winner’s residence. ARV of Grand Prize: $10,000.00. Actual ARV of a trip prize may vary based on location of winner’s residence and fares at time of departure. If actual value of prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, then the difference will not be awarded. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded.
