PRIZES: Sponsor will award a total of 4,500 prizes (each a “prize” and collectively,
the “prizes”) in this Sweepstakes, with 500 winners selected at random to receive a
prize in each of the nine Weekly Drawings. Each winner will receive the following
prize: one box of Hershey Milk Chocolate Emoji bars. Approximate retail value
(“ARV”) of each prize is $36.54 and the total ARV of all prizes offered is $164,430.
