Limit: Each entrant may enter one (1) Submission during either Submission Period.
Timing: The Contest begins on June 20, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), ends on August 3, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET. The Contest consists of two (2) phases (“Phase 1” and “Phase 2”), each divided into four (4) periods as outlined in the chart below.

Prizes: FOUR (4) GRAND PRIZES: Each of the four (4) Grand Prize winners will receive a prize package consisting of a custom Harley-Davidson® 1200C motorcycle, Genuine Motor Accessories and a $1,000 gift card for the purchase of Harley-Davidson® MotorClothes, a trip for two (2) to Milwaukee, WI, to take the Rider’s Edge® New Rider Course for two (2), a Flip camera, and at Sponsor’s discretion, the opportunity to appear in Harley-Davidson marketing and advertising.
For the Motorcycle and Motorcycle Accessory Portion of the Prize: The winner will have the opportunity to work with an H-D dealer in the United States to customize a Harley-Davidson® 1200C motorcycle with Genuine Motor Accessories (the “Customized Motorcycle”). The total cost (calculated based on the MRSP of the motorcycle and Genuine Motor Accessories) of the Customized Motorcycle cannot exceed $15,000. Any costs in excess of $15,000 will be the sole responsibility of the winner; if the cost is less than $15,000, he winner will also receive a $1,000 gift card to be used for the purchase of Harley-Davidson® MotorClothes at the designed Harley-Davidson dealer. Other terms and conditions on the gift card may apply.
For the Trip Portion of the Prize: Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Milwaukee, WI; four (4) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy) in the Milwaukee area; daily meal allowance as determined by Sponsor; transportation to/from organized activities; a Harley-Davidson Museum® tour; and other activities as specified by Sponsor (collectively referred to as the “Trip”).
