Prize: One (1) Grand Prize: A trip to London, England to attend the 2012 HARD ROCK CALLING Festival in Hyde Park. The trip consists of: Round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from the major international airport gateway nearest the Grand Prize winner’s residence to London (both Grand Prize winner and his/her companion must travel to/from the same major international airport gateway nearest Grand Prize winner’s residence and on the same ticketed itinerary); three (3) nights first-class hotel accommodations (double occupancy); breakfast daily at the hotel; sight-seeing tour for two (2) provided by the Red Double Decker Bus Tour of London; 3-day pass for two (2) to the 2012 Hard Rock Calling Festival; and US$300.00 (for Grand Prize winner only) to cover round-trip ground transportation between airport and hotel in London. Due to the proximity of the Concert, no transportation will be provided between the hotel and the Concert. The winner of the Grand Prize and his/her travel companion must travel on July 13 – July 16, 2012 or on such other dates as may be specified by Sponsor. The Grand Prize winner’s travel companion must travel on the same itinerary as the Grand Prize winner. If the Grand Prize winner cannot travel on such dates, he/she may be disqualified and an alternate Grand Prize winner may be selected, if time permits. In the event the winner of this Grand Prize, is a legal resident of the United States (“U.S. Winner”) then, the Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) for this prize will be US$4,500.00. The actual ARV may vary depending upon point of departure and time of booking. If the Grand Prize winner is not a legal resident of the United States (i.e. is an “International Winner”) and Sponsor is required to withhold U.S. federal withholding tax from the Grand Prize (and pay such amount directly to the United States Internal Revenue Service), then Sponsor will provide an additional tax payment assistance award (“International Tax Assistance Award”) with respect to such International Winner for use in payment of his/her U.S. federal withholding tax. The amount of such International Tax Assistance Award for this Grand Prize will be equal to that amount required to be withheld by Sponsor under U.S. federal tax laws and regulations, up to a maximum of US$1,928.57 for this Grand Prize. In the event an International Winner is awarded this Grand Prize, the ARV for this Grand Prize (including the maximum International Tax Assistance Award) will be US$6,428.57.
