Twelve (12) Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes: Two (2) prizes will be awarded per Weekly Sweepstakes. Each Weekly Sweepstakes winner will receive one (1) of the following prizes to be selected at random:

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of one (1) Weekly Sweepstakes Prize is: $29.95 U.S.

Total ARV of all Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes is: $359.40 U.S.

One (1) 2nd Place Winner Prize: One (1) 2nd Place Winner will receive The Overhaul Package found on The SwingFix website.

ARV of 2nd Place Prize is: $89.95 U.S.

One (1) 3rd Place Winner Prize: One (1) 3rd Place Winner will receive The Tune Up Package found on The SwingFix website.

ARV of 3rd Place Prize is: $49.95 U.S.

One (1) 4th Place Winner Prize: One (1) 4th Place Winner will receive The Analysis Package found on The SwingFix website.

Two (2) Grand Prizes: Two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded during the Sweepstakes Period. Each Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) of the following prizes to be selected at random:  A trip for one (1) to Orlando for an in person lesson with Golf Channel talent Michael Breed.  A trip for one (1) to Orlando for an in person lesson with Golf Channel talent Martin Hall.

Both trips include:

Two (2) to Three (3) night hotel stay – standard accommodations (length TBD by sponsor on winner location and flight schedules)  Round trip airfare for one (1) from the largest airport closest to winners residence to Orlando International Airport  One (1) compact rental car for two (2) to three (3) days  One (1) tour of Golf Channel studios  One (1) lesson with respective Golf Channel talent  $500.00 spending cash

ARV of one (1) Grand Prize is: $1,476.00 U.S. Travel must be completed by May 13, 2013 or GP will be forfeited and no compensation will be awarded. Travel and prize subject to the schedule of Michael Breed or Martin Hall, respectively, In case Michael Breed or Martin Hall become unavailable, an alternate instructor will be selected by GC at its sole discretion. Winner will be assigned to instructor for their private lesson by sponsor at random. Personal preference will NOT be taken in to account.
