Prize: The one (1) Winner (hereinafter defined) will receive one trip for the Winner and three guests of Winner (“Guests”) to Los Angeles, CA (“Destination”), currently scheduled to take place during July 2011, but subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion (subject to compliance with applicable law). The trip will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guests which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Winner’s primary residence, to be taken together, to Destination, approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $2,500 (ii) three (3) nights hotel accommodations in Destination for Winner and Guests which will be one (1) two (2) bedroom suite at the Roosevelt Hotel (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included),with an ARV of $6,000 (iii) a chauffeured ride to prize event venues for Winner and Guests, to be taken together, in a vintage Rolls Royce or Bentley, with an ARV of $4,000; (iv) one (1) personal tour attendant to escort Winner and Guests to prize events, with an ARV of $2,000; (v) dinner for Winner and Guests, to be taken together, at two (2) high end restaurants in Destination, with a total ARV of up to $2,000; (vi) one (1) catered picnic at a Hollywood Cemetery movie screening, with an ARV of $1,000; (vii) one (1) shopping spree at a clothing store in Destination for Winner and Guests, with a total ARV of $4,000 [Specific store to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion]; (viii) four (4) tickets to one (1) theatrical performance in Destination, with a total ARV of $600 [Specific performance to be selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion]; (ix) visit for Winner and Guests to the Spare Room Bar, with an ARV of up to $2,500; (x) visit for Winner and Guest at one (1) bar selected by Winner in Destination, with an ARV of up to $1,500; (xi) one (1) tour of the Hollywood Studios for Winner and Guests, with a total ARV of $1,000; and (xii) $20,000 for Winner, collectively (“Prize” or “Prizes”). The total ARV of the Prizes is $47,100.
