PRIZE: Prize includes: (i) One (1) replica HBO Game of Thrones “Iron Throne” (approximate retail
value: $18,000) delivered at Sponsor’s expense to a location of Prize winner’s choosing within the
United States or the District of Columbia and (ii) $5,400 issued in the form of a check to the winner’s
name, which amount may be used by the winner to help offset a portion of the winner’s income tax
liability associated with winner’s acceptance the Prize. The total approximate retail value of the Prize
items (i) and (ii) is $23,400.
