Sponsor shall conduct a random prize drawing on or about 8/1/2024
Grand Prize Award (maximum 1 prize award): The eligible entrant designated as the grand prize winner shall be awarded a 4-day, 3-night to San Francisco, CA (“Trip to Flavortown”) for the winner and one (1) guest (age 21 or older) with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) not to exceed $4,300 and shall include:
· Coach class airfare for the winner and one (1) guest, age 21 or older, from the Sponsor-designated nearest major metro airport to the winner’s residence as provided during registration to San Francisco, CA (airport, SFO or OAK, and dates of travel as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, subject to availbility);
o NOTE: If grand prize winner resides within 250-miles of the greater San Francisco metropolitan area, Sponsor reserves the right to provide one (1) $500 gift card toward ground transportation in lieu of airfare. Gift card as solely designated and determined by Sponsor and subject to the terms and conditions, including any expiration, of the issuing gift card provider policy.
· Three (3)-nights in a Sponsor-designated standard double-occupancy hotel in the greater San Francisco or Oakland, CA metro area. Hotel brand, room type, location, and dates of stay are as designated and determined by Sponsor, subject to availability;
· A meet-and-greet with Guy Fieri for the winner and one (1) guest, age 21 or older. Date of meet-and-greet as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, subject to availability;
· One (1) $1,000 gift card from the Sponsor-designated gift card provider. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions, including any expiration, of the issuing gift card provider policy.
NOTE: trip must occur within 12-months of prize acceptance and travel must occur a minimum of 30-days after booking is made, or as otherwise designated by Sponsor.
First Prize Awards (maximum 4 prize awards): Each eligible entrant designated as a first prize winner shall be awarded one (1) Flavortown merchandise item autographed by Guy Fieri. Actual merchandise item as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, subject to availability. Please allow 14 – 16 weeks for prize delivery. Each first prize award has an ARV of $110.
Second Prize Awards (maximum 27 prize awards): Each eligible entrant designated as a second prize winner shall be awarded one (1) Flavortown Spiked branded merchandise item. Actual merchandise item type, size, style, and/or model as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. Please allow 14 – 16 weeks for prize delivery. Each second prize award has an ARV of $10.
Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all available prizes is $5,010.
