Prizes: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for six (6) people to Greece. Trip package includes round trip, first-class* or business-class, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, air transportation for six (6) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Athens, Greece; three (3) nights in nights’ accommodations at a hotel in Athens determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (three luxury rooms, double occupancy), including daily breakfast; Half-day group tour of Athens with Acropolis and Acropolis Museum; Tour of the FAGE factory; round-trip airfare from Athens to Crete for six (6); four (4) nights’ accommodations at a hotel in Crete determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (three luxury rooms, double occupancy), including daily breakfast; Tour of Ancient Palace of Knossos; $4,800 spending money; ground transportation to and from airport and Athens hotel; and a check for $20,441.25 to offset taxes (“Grand Prize Tax Gross-Up Payment”).

Trip package includes round trip, first-class* or business-class, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Athens, Greece; three (3) nights in nights’ accommodations at a hotel in Athens determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (luxury room, double occupancy), including daily breakfast; Half-day group tour of Athens with Acropolis and Acropolis Museum; Tour of the FAGE factory; round-trip airfare from Athens to Crete for two (2); four (4) nights’ accommodations at a hotel in Crete determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (luxury room, double occupancy), including daily breakfast; Tour of Ancient Palace of Knossos; $1,600 spending money; ground transportation to and from airport and Athens hotel; and a check for $7,054.50 to offset taxes (“First Prize Tax Gross-Up Payment”). This First Prize Tax Gross-Up Payment is intended to assist with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the applicable prize. The First Prize Tax Gross-Up Payment may not be sufficient to cover the winner’s entire tax liability related to winning the applicable prize. Sponsor will comply with all tax reporting requirements, including a Form 1099-MISC issued to the winners for the 2012 tax year.
