Grand Prize: (2 winners) Trip for two to the 2012 Allstate BCS Championship Game in New Orleans from Friday, January 6 to Tuesday, January 10, 2012. Trip includes roundtrip airfare for two to New Orleans, 5-days/4-nights first class accommodations for two (double occupancy), two tickets to the 2012 Allstate BCS Championship Game on Monday, January 9, 2012, and $200 spending money (for rental car/ground transport). (ARV $4,400). Grand Prize winner who lives in the New Orleans metropolitan area (as determined by Sponsor) will receive local transportation for the winner and winner’s travel companion between winner’s home and the events in lieu of any air transportation.

 Actual value depends on location of winner and fares at time of departure. Winner is not entitled to the difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value of the Grand Prize.

 Winner is solely responsible for any and all expenses relative to participation in Sweepstakes (including meals, gratuities, and acceptance of prize) not specified herein. Grand Prize Winner must provide own transportation to and from airport of departure. Trip must be completed on dates specified by Sponsor.

 If Grand Prize winner is unavailable on trip dates, winner may be disqualified and an alternate selected, time permitting. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change and availability. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, certificates, or prize items. Guest of the Grand Prize winner must be 18 years of age or older, or, if a minor in their state of residence, Grand Prize winner must be their parent or legal guardian, or the parent or legal guardian must travel with the Grand Prize winner (at their own expense). In the event the Grand Prize winner or Grand Prize winner’s guest engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and winner’s travel companion home with no further compensation. Winner and guest must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID) in order to travel. Prize is not transferable except at discretion of Sponsor. No prize substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason and only then for prize of comparable value. Sponsor reserves the right it its sole discretion to award the actual cash equivalent of any prize in lieu of the prize itself.
