One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend one (1) game of the 2013 NBA Finals. Trip prize includes:
 – two (2) tickets to one (1) game of the 2013 NBA Finals,
 – round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize winner’s primary residence in the U.S.,
 – two (2)-night standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room), and
 – ground transfers to/from the airport/hotel/game (all as selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion).

 Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,000.Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Trip must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor, and Grand Prize winner must travel from a Sponsor-selected airport within the U.S. or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate Grand Prize winner may be randomly selected. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if Grand Prize winner lives within a reasonable driving distance of destination, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and to award no additional compensation or substitution for the difference in prize value in such event.

Twenty (20) Second Prizes (five (5) prizes per Voting Period): One (1) Co-branded heavy-duty duffle bag. ARV: $30.
