ICE BLASTER INSTANT WIN GAME DRAWINGS AND GAME PLAY: Each day, beginning May 3, 2011 and ending May 29, 2011, up to six hundred (600) entrants will be randomly selected to play the Ice Blaster Instant Win Game for the chance to win the prize specified for that applicable day (see the Ice Blaster Instant Win Game Prize Chart below for complete details). Participants who are randomly selected to play will be notified via email with directions on how to view, on-screen, a live video feed of the ice blaster in a real world environment, shooting water at a block of ice that has a Coolatta® Cup frozen inside of it. Each selected participant will be provided with a number between 1 and 600 based on the order in which he/she was randomly selected. Each day, between approximately 11:30 am ET and 4:30 pm ET (or until a winner has been determined, barring any malfunctions, whichever is sooner), the pre-selected shots designated by the selected participants at time of entry will be performed by the ice blaster beginning with the participant given number one (1) and proceeding sequentially until a shot causes the Coolatta® Cup to touch or fall below the plane of the visible laser level line, in the sole discretion of the Judge (as defined below). The player whose turn it is when the Coolatta® Cup touches or falls below the plane of the visible laser level line, in the sole discretion of the Judge, will be deemed that day’s Ice Blaster Instant Win Game Prize winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. No more shots will be conducted on any day once the Coolatta® Cup touches or falls below the plane of the visible laser line on that day and any remaining pre-selected shots scheduled to be performed on that day will be void and will not carry over into subsequent days, if any.

The ice blaster will perform such entrant’s pre-selected shots, regardless of whether or not such entrant is presently watching the live feed (although it is not required and has no impact on the winner, players are encouraged and welcome to visit the Promotion Application and follow the links to the live feed to watch the ice blaster perform such shots, and players will be able to tell what “turn number” the ice blaster is executing via a display on the page). There will be an on-site judge who has the final say in determining whether or not, and/or when, the Coolatta® Cup touches or falls below the plane of the visible laser line. All decisions of the Judge shall be final and binding. In the event any day’s Ice Blaster Instant Win Game has a technical or other failure of any kind, is not running in accordance with the intent of Sponsor, or in the event the Coolatta® Cup never touches or falls below the plane of the visible laser line that day, Sponsor reserves the right to place all of that day’s Ice Blaster Instant Win Game players into a random drawing to award that day’s Ice Blaster Instant Win Game Prize.

The potential winners of the Ice Blaster Instant Win Game may be contacted via email and provided directions for validation and verification before any prize is awarded, or Sponsor may simply verify unilaterally and ship the corresponding date’s prize to the winner, to the address that was provided at the time of entry. The odds of winning a prize in the Ice Blaster Instant Win Game depend on the actual number of eligible participants playing that day, the timing of your “turn”, and the shots you selected for the ice blaster to perform. Maximum odds for winning a prize in the Ice Blaster Instant Win Game are 1 in 600.
