One (1) Grand Prize of $100,000 to be used for the purposes of pursing the Winner’s stated plan/passion/goal in the winning Entry will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner who has met all qualifications described herein (“the Grand Prize Winner”). In addition, Grand Prize Winner will also receive $50,000 to help defray payment of income and sales taxes payable as a result of winning the Grand Prize and receiving this additional $50,000 payment.
