DIRECTV NASCAR $1 Million Head2Head Knockout Competition

a. General. The objective of the Promotion is to accumulate the most points by correctly selecting the “winning pick” for each of the twenty-nine (29) head-to-head matchups during the four (4) races associated with the Promotion (each a “Race”). The “winning pick” will be the driver with the better finishing position at the end of the Race. That driver remains “active.” The other driver is then “knocked out” and becomes inactive for the remainder of the Promotion. The “Fastest Four” are the final four drivers that an Entrant has selected for matchups in Race 4

PRIZES:
 First Place Prize: Administrator will award one (1) “First Place Prize” to the Entrant who accumulates the most points during the Promotion Period (and wins any pending tiebreakers). The First Place Winner will receive a full size truck (manufacturer and model to be determined, based on the manufacturer of the winning driver of Race 4) (ARV: $45,000.00).

 c. Second Place Prize: Administrator will award one (1) “Second Place Prize” to the Entrant who accumulates the second most points during the Promotion Period (and wins any pending tiebreakers). The Second Place Winner will receive one (1) Panasonic 42″ Class VIERA® ST30 Series Plasma (model number TC-P42ST30), two (2) pairs of 3D Active Shutter Eyewear 3D glasses (model number TY-EW3D10U), and one (1) Full HD 3D Blu-ray Disc™ Player (model number DMP-BDT110). (ARV: $1,550.00).

 d. Third Place Prize: Administrator will award one (1) “Third Place Prize” to the Entrant who accumulates the third most points during the Promotion Period (and wins any pending tiebreakers). The Third Place Winner will receive a pair of general admission tickets to attend a 2011 NASCAR®-sanctioned race of the Third Place Winner’s choice, subject to availability, that takes place between October 2011 and December 2011. (ARV: $1,000.00).

 The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes is $1,047,550.
