The Deschutes Brewery “Tailgate” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is only open to legal residents of the following United States: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming, and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older as of the Sweepstakes start date.
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) Tailgater Pellet Grill which has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $450.
Thirty (30) Second Prize winners will each receive one (1) Grizzly Drifter 12 Soft-Sided Cooler which has an ARV of $70.
