On or about January 12, 2015, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner, ten (10) potential First Prize winners, and twenty (20) potential Second Prize winners from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

One (1) Grand Prize: A trip to Aspen, Colorado for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest. Grand Prize includes:
• Round-trip, coach-class airfare for the winner and one (1) guest to Colorado from an airport determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor;
• two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (hotel to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, in one (1) double-occupancy room, excluding room service, meals, and other incidentals);
• ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest; and
• $750 awarded in the form of a corporate check to the Grand Prize winner only.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $5,000. Grand Prize winner must plan and finalize trip with GMR six (6) weeks prior to the winner’s desired travel date and all travel must be completed by December 31, 2015, or the Grand Prize winner shall forfeit the prize in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. Travel route, hotel accommodations, and all elements of the prize will be arranged by /GMR, in its sole discretion.

Ten (10) First Prizes: each includes one (1) $100 Spa Gift Card (gift card and retailer to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). ARV of each First Prize is $100.

Twenty (20) Second Prizes: each includes one (1) pair of Dearfoams® Chalet Slippers (model to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsors). ARV of each Second Prize is $35.00.

Approximate Retail Value of all Prizes is $6,700.
