Prize: Grand Prize (1 winner): will receive a catered “Cupcake Vineyards Blending Session” (“Party”) with Cupcake Vineyards’ Director of Winemaking Adam Richardson for winner and up to 19 friends, Party will be held at a location near winner’s residence (as determined by LeadDog Marketing Group as Administrator in its sole discretion based on the proximity to the winner’s residence and available banquet facilities). Party must be held by 6/30/11, winner must provide at least 14 days’ advanced notice prior to date of Party. Winner’s choice of date Party is subject to Sponsor’s approval in its sole discretion and winner may not receive Party on his/her initial choice of party date. Party is subject to availability and other restrictions. Catering consists of food and non-alcoholic beverages (no alcoholic beverages will be provided to the winner) and the prize includes a $100 cash award for incidentalsIf winner has special dietary restrictions, it is winner’s sole responsibility to inform Administrator’s representative of same at time of prize acceptance and Administrator will make a good faith effort to accommodate winner’s request. But, Administrator’s failure to honor such dietary restrictions for any reason will not result in liability of any kind. Menu is at sole discretion of Administrator. Sponsor will provide food/non-alcoholic beverages deemed suitable and appropriate, in Administrator’s sole discretion, for up to 19 guests. If winner expects fewer than nineteen (19) guests for party, winner will not receive any compensation or alternate prize in conjunction therewith. Any guest who is not of the age of majority must be accompanied to party by his/her parent or legal guardian who will also count as a guest. At winner’s discretion, the Grand Prize as stated above may be substituted with the Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize.
