Grand Prize:

 One (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize” may be referreed to herein as “Prize”) will be awarded to Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize will consist of
 1.two (2) round-trip airfare tickets provided by Delta Airlines for Winner and one (1) guest to/from the closest commercial airport nearest to Winner’s primary residence (or ground transportation if winner resides within a 100 mile radius of Los Angeles)
 2.one (1) double-occupancy standard hotel room accommodations provided by Hilton Worldwide for two (2) nights
 3.two (2) Bronze Tickets to the 2013 GRAMMY Awards (“Event”) (selection of seats is at the Sponsor’s sole discretion) provided by The Recording Academy

 Total ARV of all Prizes is $4,448.00. Actual retail value (“ARV”) of Prizes may vary. Sponsor will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to Grand Prize Winner for the ARV of Grand Prize for the year in which Grand Prize was won.

 Seven (7) weekly prizes (each a “Weekly Prize”) will be awarded per Weekly Drawing throughout the Sweepstakes Period; one (1) Weekly Prize will be awarded to each Weekly Winner. Weekly Prizes will consist of the following:
