Approximate Retail Value: One (1) Winner will win a trip for Winner and a guest to attend the
Beautycon Festival New York taking place in Brooklyn, NY, tentatively scheduled for May 20th

2017 or Beautycon Festival Los Angeles, tentatively scheduled for August 12th and 13th, 2017 to
be decided by Winner.
For the Brooklyn, New York location the trip for two includes: (i) round-trip coach air
transportation for Winner and one guest from major airport nearest Winner’s residence to a New
York City area airport (ARV: $500, which may vary depending on the location of the Winner’s
residence); (ii) three (3)-day, two (2)-night hotel accommodations in the city where the festival is
being held (one room, standard accommodations, double occupancy) (ARV $800); (iii) two (2)
VIP tickets to the Beauty Academy (ARV for both tickets: $859.98); (iv) premium access to the
Social Lounge; and (v) VIP Concierge Tour of the Creator Gifting Suite. Total approximate
retail value for all prizes awarded: $2,159.98.

For California location the trip for two includes: (i) round-trip coach air transportation for
Winner and one guest from major airport nearest winner’s residence to a Los Angeles area
airport (ARV: $500, which may vary depending on the location of the Winner’s residence); (ii)
three (3)-day, two (2)-nights hotel accommodations in the city where the festival is being held
(one room, standard accommodations, double occupancy) (ARV $1,200); (iii) two (2) VIP
tickets to the Beauty Academy (ARV $1,099.98); (iv) premium access to the Social Lounge; and
(v) VIP Concierge Tour of the Creator Gifting Suite. Total approximate retail value for all prizes
awarded: $2,799.98.
