Prize: One (1) Grand Prize — One (1) Grand Prize winner of the Sweepstakes will be awarded one (1) of the below Grand Prizes, as chosen by such winner:
Grand Prize #1 — Twelve (12) months of Kung Fu lessons (or other similar martial art if the art of kung fu is not taught near the winner’s home) for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest at a dojo/center located nearest to winner’s home. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize #1: $3,600.00.
OR
Grand Prize #2 — A trip for the Grand Prize winner and three (3) guests (one such guest must be a parent or legal guardian, if the winner is under the age of majority in his/her state of residence) to San Diego, CA and the San Diego Zoo. The trip will consist of round trip coach air transportation (for winner and his/her guests) to and from a major airport nearest to the prize winner’s place of residence, ground transportation to and from the prize city airport and hotel, hotel accommodations (double occupancy) for two (2) nights and admission for four (4) for two (2) days to the San Diego Zoo. The San Diego Zoo admission will expire on May 31, 2012. Trip must completed by the same date. If the Grand Prize winner’s primary residence is within 100 miles of San Diego, CA, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute air transportation with a car service or other ground transportation to San Diego, CA and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value. The total ARV of Grand Prize #2 shall be adjusted accordingly. Grand Prize #2 winner and his/her companions must travel under the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents prior to travel. If the Grand Prize winner is under the age of majority in his/her state of residence, an accompanying parent or legal guardian or a temporary guardian as designated by such parent must accompany winner on the entire trip as a chaperone. Grand Prize #2 will also include a gift card or a cash allowance, in Sponsor’s discretion, in the amount of $250. Total ARV of Grand Prize #2: $4,750.00
