One winner will win a trip to the Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles (the “Prize”) consisting of: One (1) roundtrip coach class airfare for winner & guest (if winner is under the age of majority in his/her state of residence, such guest must be winner’s parent or legal guardian) from a major airport with regularly scheduled commercial flights closest to winner’s permanent residence (or in sponsor’s sole discretion, $500 in lieu of air travel if winner lives within a 200 mile radius to Los Angeles) to an LA area airport; 3 days / 2 nights hotel accommodations for winner and guest at a hotel selected by sponsor (one room, double occupancy, room & room tax only); Ground transportation to/from airport and hotel (if applicable) and to/from hotel to event; Two (2) tickets to the Teen Choice Awards on July 22nd, 2012 (exact time and location to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion); Two (2) Red Carpet Passes to the Teen Choice Awards on July 22nd, 2012 (exact time and location to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion); and $250 in spending money for the winner.
