PRIZES:
Runner-up Prizes: Ten (10) Runner-up prizes will be awarded. Each Runner-up Prize consists of: a Dark and Lovely product gift pack. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Runner-up Prize: $25.00.

First Prizes: Five (5) First Prizes will be awarded. Each First Prize consists of: a $500.00 gift card (Gift card is subject to all terms and conditions of the gift card and may be subject to certain restrictions including, without limitation, expiration date) and a Dark and Lovely product gift pack. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Runner-up Prize: $525.00.

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of: a 3 day/2 night trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to New York City which includes: (i) round-trip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) to New York City, (ii) standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights selected solely by Sponsor (one (1) room; double occupancy, room and tax only), (iii) two (2) tickets to attend the live taping of BET’s 2012 Rip the Runway Special scheduled February 25, 2012 in New York, NY (date and location subject to change) . (Grand Prize Winner and guest must be available to travel during period February 24-26, 2012 ), and (iv) a Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) gift card (gift card is subject to all terms and conditions of the gift card and may be subject to certain restrictions including, without limitation, expiration date).
