Prizes. One (1) Grand Prize: A two (2) night / three (3) day trip for two (2) people to
 New York City, New York, the weekend of July 9-10, 2011 only. Winner and guest will
 spend the morning of Saturday, July 9, 2011 (approx. 10am-1pm) with Ellie Krieger (in
 addition to invited members of the media, Sponsor staff and Ellie Krieger staff) and walk
 a local market and have lunch at a location chosen by Sponsor while conducting
 conversation/consultation for meal plans. Winner will afterward, at the sole discretion
 and direction of Flutie Entertainment, receive a customized meal plan that includes
 almonds every day for ninety (90) days (food not included). Winner will also receive an
 autographed copy of Ellie Krieger’s cookbook and new cookware line, when available
 for distribution by Flutie Entertainment, around Fall 2011. Sponsor will also provide a
 Limited Edition Ellie Krieger Almond Tin, a $500 expense allowance, and a ‘year
 supply’ of almonds, which amounts to a 1lb. bag shipped every month. Trip includes
 round-trip coach airfare from major gateway airport nearest winner’s residence and
 double occupancy hotel accommodations.Winner must travel the weekend of July 9-10, 2011
